It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address that is not the domain(s) you are registering under. If there are any concerns about abuse or if we need to contact you, the primary email address we have on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered email address is current or up to date at all times. If you have registered a domain name with AneeTV, it is your responsibility to ensure that your domain account contact information and your actual domain name(s) are correct and up to date. AneeTV is not responsible for an expired registration due to outdated contact information associated with the domain. If you wish to verify or change this information, please contact us by email. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in termination of your account. For special server purchases or high-risk transactions, it will be necessary to provide government-issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the order being considered fraudulent and may be declined. TRANSFERS Our support team will do everything possible to assist you in moving your site to us. However, transfers are provided as a courtesy and we cannot guarantee the availability, capacity, or time required to complete an account transfer. Each hosting company is configured differently and some hosting platforms store data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which can make it extremely difficult or impossible to migrate all or part of the account data. We will do our best, but in very rare cases we may not be able to assist you with a data transfer from a previous host. Free transfer services are available for 30 days from your signup date and are only available if your previous hosting company uses cPanel. If your previous company used a non-standard control panel, you may be charged a migration fee.
